The rustic, daily changing menu features carefully sourced meats, fish & produce from local farms, ranches & fisheries guided by principles of sustainability. To ensure the freshness of our menu items,

Sashimi, Nigiri, and Omakase is only available Thursday - Saturday
(and Sunday by happy accident). 

Our fish company has a limited delivery schedule.
Most of our specialty fish is flown in fresh from Japan.
In order to maintain the quality our guests have become accustomed to, we only serve our full fish menu when our deliveries allow.
